We have indoor and outdoor courses using modern techniques and the power of nature. Premedion fitness concept focuses on treating special health diseases and concerns such as; obesity and overweight, diabetes and high blood pressure to name a few.
MAXX FIT
An outdoor endurance programme to test even the fittest individuals. Whether your goal is to improve your physical condition, build strength and stamina or just enjoy the outdoor experience MAXX FIT is the class for you.

RUN CLUB
Running is a natural form of movement that works the whole body and challenges the mind. Outdoor running is a different experience to indoor as you have additional challenges from uneven terrain and varying weather conditions. Lose weight, burn fat and have fun with Premedion Running Club.

YOGA
Yin Yoga is a gentle yet deep practice using breath, body weight and gravity to affect the deep fascia of the body. Postures are typically held for between 2 – 5 minutes and regular practice not only brings about greater flexibility but a long lasting balance to life’s daily stresses.

LITTLE SCHOOL OF SPORT
A basic program for kids that gives versatility using various movements helping to develop motor skills and coordination .The program is based on playing activities tailored to the age and the abilities of each child.

TEENAGE CLUB
A group training class for teenagers based on working out with body weight, thus avoiding any injuries and not jeopardizing the development of the body.
Advantages: Children develop the habit and love of sport, gain a sense of competition and fair play as well as the opportunity to socialize with other children.

SPIN FIT
